Two new fitbit fitness monitors

Fitbit have released two new fitness watches and of course, we will have some great new watchstraps to add to your wardrobe!

The major difference is the EDA Scan App and skin temperature detection, the Fitbit Sense has a BioSenor core measuring heart rate and skin temperature to give you a insight to your health and wellbeing.

 

The EDA Scan App

Detects stress via electrical signals in the skin and illustrates this in an easy to read graph. 

Measure your heart rate oxygen saturation levels and then through the Reflection app, you can track your mood and stress levels, view these stats to determine the best activities to make you feel relaxed.

The Sense also comes with a 6 month free trial of Fitbit Premium. 

The Versa 3 is more about watching your physical improvements, offering motivation functions to help you become fitter and a guided breathing session personalised to your heart rate.

With GPS and the ability to connect via bluetooth to your smartphone, the Versa 3 greatly improves on the Versa 2. You can take calls whilst on your workout, easily and hands-free.
